The first afternoon and evening of our retreat will be about setting intentions and making yourself the center of your universe.

Day 1: “Intentions”
On our first full day, you’ll be invited to pause, breathe, and embrace the quiet and rest. This is your time to step away from the noise and the busyness of life, reconnect with yourself, and allow your mind and body to recharge.
9:30 AM - Catered brunch
10:30 AM - Private gentle yoga class with yoga therapist, Isabela Schmucker
Free time to take a nap, hike, play pickleball, or go to the spa
3:00 PM - Workshop, led by therapist, Kelsey Laulainen
4:00 PM - Mindful nature walk - “Forest Bathing”
6:00 PM - Communal Dinner
8:00 PM - Private Sound Bath by Soulistic Magic
Day 2: “Rest”
Today is all about rediscovering what lights you up and reconnecting with the passions that bring you joy and energy. It’s a day to reengage with the parts of yourself that feel most alive.

Kelsey specializes in workplace trauma, anxiety, depression, and burnout in women and professionals. She is passionate about helping others find balance and restoration and learning tools to heal from prolonged stress.
Kelsey is also a Wellness Travel Agent and the owner of Restore & Roam.

Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
If the trip is canceled by Restore & Roam for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the nonrefundable deposit.

Yes!
Once your non-refundable deposit of $300 is paid, you’ll be able to opt into a payment plan or pay your balance in full.
Your remaining balance will be due on or before March 25th, 2025. Our flexible payment plan will break up your balance into 3 payments, due on these dates:
February 28, 2025
March 25, 2025
April 15, 2025
Payments can be made via debit or credit card. Participants are responsible for meeting payment deadlines. Late payments may result in a late payment fee or cancellation of your spot.

Of course!
If you’d like to share a room with a loved one (or someone off the street - we’re not judging!) you each will receive a $300 discount on registration.
Here’s how to register: Each individual will register on their own and pay the nonrefundable registration deposit. You can either note in your registration or email Kelsey at kelsey@restoreandroam.com that you’d like to share a room with another participant and make sure you tell her their name/s.
Your discount will be deducted from your total registration costs and Kelsey can also set you up with a payment plan.

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.

Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability. We are happy to inquire with The Lodge on your behalf to see if that is available on the day of check-in or check-out.

The weather in the Pacific Northwest can be unpredictable in the spring. The temperature could range on average from 42° to 58°, with high chances of rain.
We recommend packing layers of comfortable and warm clothing, including rainproof jackets or umbrellas.
We also recommend packing hiking clothes and boots for the guided forest bathing and nature walks, any blankets or weighted items for the sound bath, as well as clothes you feel comfortable wearing during yoga sessions.
