Thursday: Arrival & Relaxation
Morning/Afternoon: Arrival & Check-In
Arrive in Seattle and check into the luxurious Fairmont Olympic Hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle. Take some time to relax and settle in.
Evening: Welcome Happy Hour & Mindful Dinner
Use this time to meet fellow Adventurers, unwind from your travel day, and set your intention for the weekend.
Friday: Choose Your Own Adventure
Our first day of adventure offers you the freedom to choose from these three exciting options:
Waterfalls & Forest Walk: Take a scenic drive and spend the morning on a 2-hour moderate hike through an old-growth forest and a stunning lake reflecting the surrounding mountains.
Seattle City Tour: Capture the very best of Seattle on a city tour, including Pike Place Market, the Central Waterfront, the Space Needle, and the Fremont Troll.
Ballard Lock Cruise: Take a one-way boat cruise through the renowned Ballard Locks and learn about the complex system on a cruise that transports you between the freshwater of Lake Union and the saltwater of Puget Sound. Pass by the floating community from the movie Sleepless in Seattle, learn about the sights through live onboard commentary, and get a beautiful view of the Seattle skyline from the water.
Afternoon: Freedom to Roam & Gourmet Food Tour
Relax after your morning hike or city tour with a dip in the hotel pool, a soak in the hot tub, or a sweat in the sauna. Then, you’ll enjoy a gourmet food and cocktail tour of Seattle.
Evening: More Adventure Awaits You!
After working up an appetite, you’re going to want to move your body. Expect movement, an increased heart rate, and excitement. This evening will be a bit of a surprise, but you won’t be disappointed!
Saturday: Urban Mindfulness & Wellness
Morning: Restorative Yoga Class
Begin your day with a restorative yoga session. Focus on deep breathing, stretching, and mindfulness to set a peaceful tone for the day.
Mid-Day: Walking Meditation at Chihuly Garden
Visit the Chihuly Garden and Glass exhibit, where you can explore the intricate glasswork in a quiet, meditative environment. Take your time appreciating the art, and enjoy the garden’s peaceful atmosphere.
Afternoon: Spa Services
Treat yourself to a relaxing afternoon at the spa with rejuvenating treatments like a deep-tissue massage or hot stone therapy (included in the cost of the trip).
Evening: Sound Bath with Mind.Body.Hum
You’ll enjoy a private Sound Bath that will help you meditate, relieve tension, and find a deep feeling of relaxation.
End your evening with a quiet, mindful dinner on your own or with new friends.
Sunday: Restorative Day on Bainbridge Island
Morning: Ferry Ride & “Forest Bathing” at the Bloedel Reserve on Bainbridge Island
You’ll enjoy a relaxing ferry ride from Seattle to Bainbridge Island where we’ll participate in “forest bathing” at the Bloedel Reserve. Afterward, we’ll have lunch at a charming, sustainable restaurant on the island: Sauce Nouvelle
Afternoon: Personal Reflection & Discussion
After returning to Seattle, you’ll spend some time in a self-reflection activity on your own, with an opportunity to discuss as a group.
Evening: Final Dinner in the Cellar Room at Staple & Fancy
For our final evening together, we’ll enjoy a reflective, community dinner. This final meal will encourage you to slow down, savor each bite, and reflect on your journey.
Monday: Reflection & Departure
Morning: Relaxed Start & Hotel Check-Out
Start your day slowly, savoring a relaxed morning at the hotel. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and take time to reflect on the restorative experiences of your trip.
Check out of your hotel at your own pace and explore the city on your own terms.

Arrive in Chicago and check into your boutique hotel. Take time to settle in, unwind, and prepare for your journey.
Evening: Sunset Sky Yoga at 360 CHICAGO and Dinner
Start your trip with a sunset “sky yoga” session at 360 CHICAGO for breathtaking views of the city and Lake Michigan. We’ll finish our evening with a group dinner.
Sunday: Creativity and Contemplation
Morning: Walking Meditation and Lincoln Park Conservatory
After breakfast, start your day with a 30-minute walking meditation to Lincoln Park and Lincoln Park Conservatory.
Afternoon: Art and Mindfulness at the Art Institute of Chicago
We’ll visit the Art Institute of Chicago for a mindful afternoon of art appreciation, using the quiet museum setting to reflect and recharge.
Dinner: Relaxing Dinner
Cap off the day with a relaxing meal with sweeping views of Millennium Park.
Monday: Exploration and Self-Reflection
Morning/Mid-Day: Architecture Tour and Lunch
Enjoy a relaxing, mindful breakfast then discover the architectural gems of the Windy City from an ideal vantage point on a cruise down the Chicago River. After, you’ll enjoy a bustling lunch with the group to reflect on your experience.
Afternoon: Self-Guided Walking Tour and Journaling at the Chicago Riverwalk
Spend the afternoon exploring the Chicago Riverwalk at your own pace.
Dinner: Wine-Inspired Cuisine at Alpana
Spend an intentional evening enjoying global-inspired faire, umami-rich ingredients, and flavors at Alpana.
Tuesday: Movement and Ultimate Relaxation
Morning/Mid-Day: Chicago Bike Tour
After a delicious breakfast, you’ll explore Chicago’s most iconic sites on a bike tour that explores Museum Campus, parks, and monuments. After working up an appetite, we’ll head to lunch as a group.
Afternoon: Spa Treatment at Aire Ancient Baths
Discover a unique experience of relaxation and peace: a journey through the traditional Roman, Greek and Ottoman ancient experience of baths.
Evening: Final Dinner
For your final dinner, we’ll enjoy a reflective meal at an Italian-American restaurant located in the heart of River North.

Morning/Afternoon: Golden Gate Park & Gardens
Start the day by choosing your adventure at Golden Gate Park: rent a bike, play a round of golf, or take a boat out on the lake. Or enjoy one of three gardens at the park, where you can practice mindfulness and meditation.
Evening: Sunset Yoga and Dinner
End your day with a gentle, restorative yoga session. Afterward, we’ll slow down with a delicious meal.
Saturday: Mindfulness & Creative Exploration
Morning: Meditation & Spa Service
Begin with a guided meditation session, followed by a rejuvenating spa treatment of your choice (included in the cost of the trip).
Afternoon: Mindful Creativity at SFMOMA
After your spa session, we’ll visit the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA) for a quiet afternoon of creative inspiration.
Evening: Dinner in North Beach
Head to North Beach, San Francisco’s Little Italy, for a peaceful dinner of authentic Italian-American cuisine.
Sunday: Adventure, Reflection, & Departure
Morning: Breakfast & Adventure Sightseeing Cruise
We’ll start our final day with a delicious breakfast, then explore the bay’s sights on a Zodiak boat. We’ll see sights like the infamous prison of Alcatraz, Coit Tower, the Presidio and glide under the Golden Gate Bridge while our captain provides insightful narration.
Afternoon: Relaxed Departure
Return to your hotel for a final moment of rest before a late check-out.
